Remodel Wireless Carrier ETF

In the past few years there has been a lot of conversation regarding the validity and ethical application of early termination fees tied to wireless service contracts. In the past, if a wireless subscriber had a ETF of $200 for a 2 year contract, they would have to pay the entire amount whether they terminated service in month 2 or 22.Since 2007, 3 of the top 4 wireless have adopted new policies that allow for minimal proration of the ETF over the span of the contract, but it's not enough of a revise.
